Information only

The content on this site is general information about prepaid cards in Canada. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the terms and conditions that came with your card. For your own situation, rely on those terms, the card issuer, and your provincial or territorial consumer protection office.

No affiliation

joker-card.ca is independent and is not the official Joker Card website; the official site is jokercard.ca. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Blackhawk Network (Canada), Ltd., Peoples Trust Company, Equitable Bank, Visa Inc. or Mastercard Incorporated. Trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products discussed.

We do not handle cards

We cannot check your balance, activate a card, release a hold, issue a replacement, process a refund or resolve a dispute. Those functions belong to the issuer, reachable through the official channels printed on your card.
