Privacy policy

Short version: we do not collect card numbers, we do not run accounts, and we do not sell anything about you.

What we do not collect

We never collect card numbers, security codes, PINs, banking credentials, government identifiers or identity documents. No page on this site contains a form requesting them.

What we do collect

  • Email you send us. If you email support@joker-card.ca we hold your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of corrections.
  • Standard server logs. Our host records requests, including IP address, browser type and page requested, for security and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period.
  • Basic aggregate analytics, where used, to understand which guides are read. We do not build profiles of individuals or run advertising trackers.

Cookies

This site does not require cookies to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookie present is strictly operational.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only where required by law, or with the service providers who host the site, and only as needed to operate it.

Links to other sites

We link to official card resources and to government and consumer protection bodies. Once you follow a link you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. Always confirm you are on the official Joker site — the address printed on your card — before entering card details anywhere.

Your rights

Canadian privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request correction or deletion. Email support@joker-card.ca and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page.
